You know what? I really love teaching. I don't know if you could techincally call what I do at the school "teaching," but I really love it all the same. I came early to school today to do music for a the kindergarten-3rd graders chapel time. Just some Christmas carols (including Jingle Bells). It was neat to look out over the 60 or so munchkins doing their little songs and recitations of Scripture for each other. There were a few minutes where the children were asked to pray out loud and thank God for sending Jesus. That was precious. I was surprised at how many prayed. 10-15.

Anyway, during the time, I was noticing how much I was genuinely enjoying working with the kids. It funny. I remember telling God when I was a kid, "I will never teach!" Ha ha. ... um, yeah. Watch out for those things you've told God you'll never do. That might just be a sign of how your life will end up. *chuckle* So yeah. Loving working with students. Don't know why. Just do.

P.S. Praise the Lord for more piano students! Think I'm up to 5 now (+1).
