So if you're wondering where I've been, or maybe "where I've been" the last couple weeks, well, I think I'm finally starting to get back. During the last couple weeks, I worked more than I've probably ever worked before in the same amount of time. Much midnight oil burnt, and yes, I was crispy. My apologies to all of you who I just didn't talk to. You can call me now. I'll answer my phone.

Speaking of busy, I had to be at school yesterday at 7:50am to sub the entire morning. Add that to rehearsals, chapel, and lessons that I normally do on Thursdays, and you have a full day, but have I mentioned how much I love teaching? If I hadn't posted about this earlier, I originally intended to go to Erskine for a secondary ed degree. Then I got a music scholarship and previous plans basically fell off the radar. In the last month, though, I've been reminded of my love of education, or should I say, educating. I get a serious charge out of it, but I don't know that I could go back to school for it so that I could get all certified and stuff. (substitute teaching = teaching for non-major) Maybe, but first I've gotta' make it through the process of figuring out what I should from what I could do.

Just had a thought. A lot of good ideas for our lives ... are probably just distractions.
